My name is Adriana Feliciano Nicolas I'm a student at Cherokee high school. After graduating high school, I plan on working and saving up for a college degree. I chose personal fitness as my senior project, because it is something I like doing and is also good for the body. To me working out is something that I enjoy doing in my free time. I would like to get a degree on personal fitness and major on it.
For my research paper, I researched, how to maintain a good diet, what you benefit from working out and how it helps you being healthy. From the months that I have been working on this project I have learned that losing weight is very hard. there are many ways to losing weight some tips to start off is with the fact that you cannot start with intense work out, because you could end up hurting your body, because your body is not used to working out. Another tip is to start a healthy diet and keeping up with it. The last thing for a fit person is to be willing to be dedicated to a healthy diet and live a healthier life to get great results.
My product consists of pictures and videos on Power Point . In the pictures and videos I am showing a weekly workout routine planned for Monday through Friday with my mentor. What I am going to show are the different exercises we do each day throughout the week. My research paper has helped me, as well as my facilitator by helping me improve from day one the amount of weight my arms and legs can handle and improving my speed. It has also helped me improve my mental health by sleeping better and being able focus a lot more.
My product and my research paper both relate to helping keep a plan for healthier life style. I learned that I want to become a personal trainer as I grow older. The reason why is so I can help others maintain a good health and help them get the body they want. It is also beneficial to me because it will push myself to living a much more active and healthier life. Why I want to do this, is so I can be happy with my self and feel confident and help others feel the same way about their self.
I think my senior project is something that is really worth my time. It's something hard to accomplish but if you really do it you'll get results. I didn’t do this project only for a grade, I also did it so I could increase my speed in running and build some muscles. I enjoy working out and I would like to help others enjoy it like I do. I really appreciate the time you have taken to review and to judge my project. Thank you so much for your time and I hope you enjoyed it.
