The Optimization Workshops are an in-depth comprehensive two day training that will allow you to develop the optimal usage of SOAPware® for your individual needs.
Workshops are scheduled monthly at the Implementation Team’s discretion.

SOAPware® Implementation Specialist:
Kaye Yocham, R.N.: Kaye started working directly with Dr. Oates in 1993 as a practicing nurse during SOAPware®’s implementation into his practice and subsequent transition from paper charts to EHR. She also was the SOAPware® trainer for Northwest Physicians, LLC. Kaye graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Nursing in 1990. She has worked hospitals as well as in the clinic settings for over 25 years in various capacities and has a wide knowledge base in the medical field.
SOAPware® Implementation Specialist:
Cindy Savage, R.N.: Cindy worked with Dr. Oates in the clinic setting utilizing SOAPware® as well as training and education for a large group of providers. She graduated from Baptist School of Nursing in 1997. Background includes: General surgery, Nurse Manager for an orthopaedic clinic and Med.-Surg. in the hospital setting.
