Extended Training
Since its creation, SOAPware ® has been one of the easiest EHRs to use in a live environment. Many sites are able to utilize SOAPware ® with no supplementary training beyond the free training CD. However, oftentimes busy practices find themselves unable to devote the time and resources necessary for effective training. This is where our Extended Training Services come in. Our training staff will work to train and educate your team about the ins and outs of SOAPware ®, from implementation to customization and everything in between. We offer several training services that are sure to accommodate your needs – take a look below.
Personalized Training Sessions
Personalized Training Sessions (PTS) are one-hour private sessions that focus on the particular areas in which you want or need to be trained. You can arrange a PTS as a one-on-one session, or using a speakerphone you can arrange for a group training session with several of your staff members participating. In obtaining PTS training early, one can be more assured of a smooth transition and a more satisfied experience with SOAPware overall. In addition, in most cases, comprehensive training yields returns in efficacy that quickly pay for the investment of the training itself.
Remote Training
The best method to learn about a specific section of SOAPware ® is through our remote training. Remote training uses the same technology as SOAPware ® University, however rather than a virtual classroom with other students, remote training is a one-on-one session. SOAPware ® Workshops
SOAPware ® offers training workshops in different cities across the country. The training workshops are a three-day event, and offer the most comprehensive curriculum of any training service we offer. The classes are divided into one-day segments: day one for the novice; day two for intermediate training; and day three for advanced and power users. In addition, attendance can be arranged for just one or two of the days – if you already know the basics, just sign up for day two and three. Onsite Training
Onsite training is often the best training method for groups because it can be as broad or specific as necessary, and allows large groups of your staff to be trained at the same time. For onsite training, we dispatch a member of our training team that not only knows the ins and outs of SOAPware ®, but who is also a medical professional familiar with the application of SOAPware ® in a live medical environment.
