Information on Partners Program

The SOAPware® VAR (value added reseller) partner program is comprised of a network of Consultants and Resellers that help prospective SOAPware customers acquire and implement our electronic health record system. Unlike some referral programs, our VAR program does not simply pay the VAR company for referring clients to us, but rather we discount the software to the reseller, who then sells the software to the client – presumably while providing additional services like implementation planning, installation support, hardware, etc that will (along with end-user training hosted by our company) provide a comprehensive implementation for the medical facility.

Members of the SOAPware VAR program are expected to have the general technical skills necessary to be capable of providing knowledgeable assistance to the customer during their acquisition of the SOAPware EMR system. Based on several factors, including their skills with the SOAPware software, their history and sales volume potential, a reseller will be eligible to be either a Silver or Gold Reseller. Gold members enjoy higher profit margins, prominent placement on our web page VAR list, free demo materials, and free attendance at our training events. There is an application fee for the Gold level; email me for more details. There is no application fee for Silver level. Other factors (for example, other products offered by your company that would be complimentary to the SOAPware implementation) will also come into play in determining Silver or Gold eligibility. Either partner level can become Certified by passing certification requirements, and will then be eligible to receive leads from our sales department when prospective clients call us and request a local vendor to work with (and will have the recognition of “Certified” on our web page).

In order to provide the best solutions for our customers, we will always have a direct sales channel through which customers can purchase if they prefer to do so, however as this type of medical implementation continues to becomes more complex, forging a more skilled network of Consultants and Resellers is in the best interest of all parties involved.
