For Immediate Release March 13, 2012 Statement of the Young Democrats of Hawaii on the Hawaii GOP Caucus “Hawaii's young people still stand firmly behind President Obama, a keiki o ka ‘aina who has fought so diligently to represent our interests over the past four years. For Hawaii's young people, he's delivered on his promises of providing healthcare reform, making college more affordable, winding down the war in Iraq, and repealing Don’t Ask Don’t Tell. In the next four years, the President and his team will continue to strengthen our economy, protect our environment, improve education, and work toward equality for all.
