EVENT HEAD :PRATITEE SINHA (mob-8097217606)

ROUND 1 : APTITUDE TEST

Requirements :

1.A room to hold the required capacity of students.(estimated entries 30-40).

2.A question paper will be given with 50 MCQ questions and 1 hr time will be alloted for the same.

3.Volunteers required (atleast 3) for marks calculation after the test.

ROUND 2 : GROUP DISSCUSSION (GD) SESSION

Requirements :

1.A room with round table (preferably the conference room at ground floor).

2.An experienced faculty or moderator who will preside over the GD session and select the candidates for the next round.

ROUND 3 : PERSONAL INTERVIEW (PI)

Requirements :

1.A room to conduct the PI for the selected candidates (5 selections max.)

2.An experienced faculty or interviewer who will conduct the PI session and select the winner.

PRIZE MONEY : (I have not received any details about this till now.)

VOLUNTEERS REQUIRED : 3 (minimum)

AMOUNT : Rs.500 (for printing the question paper of atleast 4 pages, xerox charges for the same, printing posters for dream job)
